A few months ago I was asked to talk about NPS at a conference where I met Rijn Vogelaar the author of the book “Superpromoter – the power of enthusiasm”. His book is all about companies needing to identify those customers that love their brand and have a natural tendency to spread their enthusiasm. Once you know who these people are you ought to listen to them. Co-create with them and your business will go above and beyond. Makes total sense to me :-)

The Story of “Fired up! Ready to go!”
President Obama was very wise to use this in both his election campaigns. It is a powerful story and he sure felt it. I love people who can tell stories in such a way that they actually make you have “chickenskin” as we say in Holland. Or in proper English: Goosebumps.
The world needs more story tellers!
