If I want to make the “Embrace” concept a life philosophy perhaps I should first find out what a life philosophy actually is…So I am looking for more information and I found the blog from Marco Laberge from Ottawa, Canada.
He seems to have similar questions as he posted the article
A Lifestyle or a Life Philosophy?
I really like his article! And I am a bit sad to see so few replies. People ask great questions and I am sure he would have wanted some more dialogue on this. I am tempted to write him but the World Wide Web is large and I ended up searching for more.
[Whilst writing this up I would like to say hi to Marco and tell him his blog is great! And you know what I shouldn’t be thinking this – I shouldn’t be writing it. I should do it. And I did. Marco, I hope you find my note and that you will have a great day!]So I keep searching the web for life style and life philosophy and I find this question on the web:
And an absolutely fabulous answer from Danita Crouse:
“I don’t see a dilemma. Live everyday as though it were your last: Be joyous, kind, and generous. Do all this while being accountable for yourself and actions. Pay bills, clean the cat box, see a movie. Each new decision is decision that furthers you on the path of your choice. Be in the moment fully, experience everything around you; It is your only day. Live it now. Positive vision of Future: Be committed to each day as described above. If you do this you can trust yourself, you will have a positive vision of the future. It’s not a dilemma, it’s a life style. Don’t believe the hype.”
I read a lot more that day and at the end of the day I think: You know what, perhaps it really does not matter whether it is a concept, a life style or a life philosophy. All that matters is that people embrace it.
And everyone makes hugging and embracing others a daily habit.
