One of the great things about being at the camping ground is our hammock. With the first rays of sunshine, the hammock is my favorite place to be. Easter Sunday late afternoon was one of those wonderful moments.
It was still a bit chilly, the sun was already on its way down, a few airplanes left their trace in the sky.
I felt like the men in the hammock pictured in the book “The secret of charisma“. The accompanying text goes something like: “Free up 15 minutes every day for your worries, during this time take a nap.”
I would tweak this a little: Free up 15 minutes every day to do something that makes your heart feel like a feather.
When I am in my hammock, my heart feels light as a feather. The same feeling arises when I walk along the coastline and the air breezes through my hair or when I am in the shower, and the water rinses down my face.
When does your heart feel like a feather?
