Titia grew up in a small Dutch fishing village as the second daughter of a chaotic creative couple. Ever since she was a little girl, she wanted to make the world a better place. When the Global Cooperation for a Better World called for letters of hope, she wrote them a long letter. An excerpt of her letter was printed in the book Visions of a Better World alongside words from the Dalai Lama and Leo Buscaglia.
At age nineteen, she packed her bags and traveled the globe for two and a half years.
Upon her return, she studied international business and spent the next 15+ years in marketing and business development. In between juggling a six-figure job she married and gave birth to a beautiful son and daughter.
Along the way she learned to speak three languages fluently and met people from all walks of life. Even though she felt very comfortable in the corporate world, she never forgot her early passions. When she would watch the news, her heart would bleed. Far and close she saw too many people struggle.
She woke up one morning, stood under the shower and said aloud: „I have a dream, too!“ She sat down and started writing.

Hi Titia,
I remember that in the “website section” on the comment you wrote on my blog you wrote something like “coming soon..” Well I just found your site and I love it! We sometimes forget how important human contact and embracing others really is. (and we kind of need to be reminded… so thank you for starting this project!).
I’m glad you found my lifestyle vs life philosophy post useful. I agree with you. At the end of the it doesn’t matter what you call it.
Sincerely.
Marco
